Sixty years ago, books like this would have never made it off the presses. The completely uncritical embrace by the Christian community of any storyteller who wanders by with an account of having visited Heaven is indicative of a lack of discernment among those who name the name of Christ. It appears that we can expect much more from this genre in the years to come.
The increasing sales figures indicate that this is no passing fad.
